All packages include;

Lake Lot Patrol Property Signs  
Email reports per visit, as well as monthly reports.
Lake Lot Patrol will organize estimates for any repairs needed and liaise contractor. 
Extra visits by Lake Lot Patrol for contractor needs $20 per hour - min 2 hours.
